All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase must be provided either by email or sent back with your order. In order to receive full credit on your returns ALL items must be returned in good condition, not broken or damaged.

There are NO refunds for jewellery that has been worn or damaged by the customer. All items on sale will NOT be refunded, credit or exchange is allocated only. Once return is received in good condition refund is processed within 5 days. Every customer is important to us, we aim to provide the best outcome for all.


All orders are processed within 1-5 working days depending on the complexity of the order(custom made). A confirmation email is sent once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.


Most jewellery and selected items that are original and one off designs are not available to order online with backorder selection once sold out.
